Delete your
account.
If you created a Nerd On Retainer account, you can delete it directly from the iOS app. Here is what happens and how to get help.
Delete from the iOS app
- Open the Nerd On Retainer app.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation message and confirm deletion.
This action removes your account login and portal data tied to the account. It cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your app login account.
- Your client profile tied to that login.
- Portal requests, messages, device notification tokens, and related app data tied to the account, where applicable.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained if required for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, backup, or legitimate business reasons. For example, Stripe billing records, invoices, signed agreements, security logs, or completed business records may need to be kept for a period of time.
